For the next several weeks, I am challenging myself – and, hopefully, a few readers…
I buy stuff online far too often. For myself, Zoe, the house. You name it.
I go in spurts. I’m good for a while, then I just go crazy. I am excellent in finding great bargains online for stuff I think I need and deserve. In fact, I just bought ANOTHER diaper bag earlier this week.
It’s not like I have unopened packages around the house; and I wouldn’t consider myself a hoarder (well, maybe a hoarder of bags). But it’s gotten out of hand – so I decided to do something about it. And I need your support and accountability.
So, for the rest of September and October, I am challenging myself to be frugal. I really want to cut back. And when I say “cut back” I mean – I will not buy anything for myself unless it’s a necessary toiletry item.
I’ll be posting weekly updates and calling this series Frugal Friday.
If any of you are feeling the need to be a little more frugal in your life, I’d love for you to join me in this challenge. Perhaps you want to cut back on eating out or your grocery bills. Whatever it is, let’s do this together!
Tell us in the comments section below if you’re joining the challenge, or if you have tips and encouragement for the rest of us!
